The City of St. Robert WWTF was inundated with flood water from the Gasconade River in 2015 and once again in 2017.  Archer-Elgin was instrumental in securing funding from FEMA, SEMA and CDBG to construct a new $22 million WWTF outside of the floodplain.  Following the two flood events, the existing WWTF was in deteriorated condition and faced complete failure.  With this in mind and aggressive funding schedules, Archer-Elgin performed a fast-track design-bid-build process with three separate construction contracts and nine equipment procurement contracts implemented to expedite completion.
