Archer-Elgin acted as subconsultants with McClure Engineering for the Missouri S&T Geothermal Wells project. This project focused on the practical overhaul of the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus energy infrastructure. Archer-Elgin provided civil engineering construction documents and provided construction coordination. Since its implementation in 2014, this geothermal system has not only surpassed energy-saving expectations but also brought tangible operational benefits, marking a significant stride towards sustainability and efficiency for the campus and its community.
