After an unfortunate fire incident on November 17, 2015, at Perkins Lumber in St. James, the community and owners were determined to rebuild promptly. Exactly a year later, on November 17, 2016, the new location was completed, thanks to the collaborative efforts of Archer-Elgin and Alexander Construction Today, the rebuilt Perkins Lumber location in St. James continues to serve the community effectively, marking a successful restoration project.
