Archer-Elgin provided the architectural and engineering services for a new 14,000 square foot public works facility for the City of New Haven. The project included site and utility layout planning, along with architectural planning and design of the interior spaces. The Archer-Elgin team provided the City with architectural elevations and building sections to illustrate the design concept during the budgeting phase, and successfully assisted the City with design and construction of the flagship facility.
