Construction staking layout of building, storm sewer, waterline, pavement, retaining wall layout, and sanitary sewer layout on the $31 million cancer center located in Rolla, Missouri. The Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps County Regional Medical Center (PCRMC) is a 37,000 SF comprehensive cancer care facility. The Cancer Institute occupies the first two floors of the four-story, 100,470 SF building at the north end of the main hospital and is connected to the adjacent medical office building via a pedestrian bridge.
