Archer-Elgin recently welcomed The Collective from the Rolla Chamber of Commerce. The Collective is a group dedicated to supporting young leaders in Phelps County. The Collective's mission focuses on development, connection, philanthropy, and fun for young professionals. In January 2024, members visited Archer-Elgin for a business tour. Cameron Schweiss and Jack Medows from Archer-Elgin shared examples of projects, including milestones, challenges, and outcomes, providing insights into the firm's work. The visit aimed to offer The Collective members a practical understanding of Archer-Elgin's contributions to the architectural landscape and foster dialogue among emerging professionals.
