Celebrating Rock Island Trail Groundbreaking

Friends of the Rock Island Trail State Park and the City of Owensville hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the Rock Island Trail. Mayor John Kamler was also recognized for his 16 years of service to the Owensville community.
