Archer-Elgin worked in partnership with the City of St. Robert to address the reconstruction and long-term stabilization needs of the intersection at the junction of the St. Robert Outer Road and Highway Y. Archer-Elgin developed conceptual, preliminary, contract, and right of way plans, and oversaw the construction phase.
