The primary objective of the project was to establish a secure pedestrian access route over Interstate 44, ensuring safety and convenience for the community. This ambitious endeavor, featuring a remarkable 200-foot free span bridge, demanded meticulous planning and execution, with strict adherence to Federal Highway Administration regulations. The project culminated in the successful completion of the bridge in Spring 2015.
