Developed a system wide GIS for Rolla Municipal Utilities (RMU) with survey grade GPS equipment using procedures to locate the various electric poles, fire hydrants, water valves, etc. to define the system. This information was imported into RMU’s GIS file in order to select specific layers or items to view the image corresponding with the utility selected.
